Ordering products...


How can I buy your games or art?

You can get our games or art by clicking on the Buy Now/More Info buttons/links, which you find in the product descriptions in the Shop or at the Games section, and you will be sent to the appropriate product page. From there select the Buy Now button, which transfers you to the shop. If it is your first purchase from Richards Game Studio, fill in the details and select the Proceed button. After completion of the purchase, a MyRGS account will be created for you, which is linked to the e-mail address used for your purchase. You receive an e-mail containing the password for access to your new MyRGS account. If you have previously purchased items from Richards Game Studio, you can use your MyRGS account to do a new purchase. If all is correct, you will get an order summary (which can be canceled). Select To Checkout and you will be transfered to our secure PSP (Payment Service Provider) mollie.com, where you make the actual payment.

How do I pay for my order?

Your payment is processed by Payment Service Provider (PSP) mollie.com, which serves different options to make your payment (credit card, bank transfer, Ideal and more).

How do I receive my order?

After you made your payment, you will receive emails about the state of your payment (pending, paid, canceled or expired). When your payment is approved (paid), your new purchase is added to your Product list in your MyRGS account. You will also recieve an e-mail with a link to your products page in your MyRGS account. Login to your account, go to the My Products page, select the Download Item button and your download should start. If the item is a password protected file, you will also receive an e-mail with the required password to extract the archive or to install the game.

I did not receive an e-mail confirming my payment, what now?

If you did not receive an e-mail confirming your payment, first check your Products page in your MyRGS account. If your new purchase is not listed, please contact us or at the Contact page. Be sure to provide your e-mail address, order (looks like RGSxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xx.xxx) and Payment Id (which starts with "tr_" and is supplied by our PSP) when you do so.

How do I create a MyRGS account?

That is pretty easy. Just buy an item from the Shop and your account is created. Shortly after that, you will receive an e-mail with your password to gain access to your MyRGS account. It is advised that you change this password the first time you log in at your account.

I did not receive an e-mail with a password, what now?

If you did not receive an e-mail shortly after you have purchased your first item, please contact us or use the Contact page. Be sure to provide your name and e-mail address when you do so.

I forgot my password, what now?

That is not a big issue. Go to the MyRGS section and select I forgot my password. You will be transfered to the Password Request page. Complete the form with the first and last name and the e-mail address you used, then select the Request Password button. If the name/e-mail address combination is known, you will receive an e-mail with a new password. This new password is valid only once, so make sure you change your password when you log in with this temporary password.

Do I need a MyRGS account?

Yes. You need a MyRGS account to download your purchase(s). The account is created when you purchase an item from Richards Game Studio for the first time. You should receive an e-mail with a password to access your account. You can change this password, username or e-mail address in the My Account section, when you have logged in to your MyRGS account.

The download button does not work, what now?

If the download link does not work, please try again later. If the problem stays, please contact R.G.S. or use the Contact page. Be sure to provide your name, e-mail address and item when you do so.
When you try to download an item, your browser should give a response about downloading an item.

My download is not completed, what do I do?

If the download of your order did not complete for any reason, please try it again on a later moment. If the problem still exist, please contact us or at the Contact page. If there are any messages concerning the download please mention them in your e-mail or in the question field when using the Contact-form.
